Premium Annual Support Package

Keeping your Support Package Active enables us to work with you and your users to maximize your return on investment - not just the investment of your money, but also your time.

Provided from our Buffalo, New York, USA office, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST), excluding weekends and US Federal Holidays. Appointments outside of these times are available upon request.

A Support Package provides you with unlimited phone and email support, with online remote assistance where required. We are Skype enabled, and are open to using any form of communication necessary to help you make the most of your CWorks System.

Your Active Premium Support Package also entitles you to bug patches, updates to the latest version of the software, and assistance finding better ways to utilize the product to its full potential.

On-Site Consulting/Training

CWorks Systems will provide on-site Strategic Counseling, as well as training, as needed. Please contact us for pricing, availability, and further details.

Regional Training Seminars

CWorks Systems organize 1-2 day Seminars in different geographical areas based on Customer demand. The Agenda covers a walk through of all of the system features and includes advice on using the system, analysis of data and resolution of any specific customer concerns.
