CWorks PlusA 5.4.0 - Reinforcing Our Commitment to Serve Our Customers
By popular demand, CWorks PlusA now has an optional feature that automatically copies any Comments entered at the Labor tab of a Work Order to the Action Taken field. The significance of this is that the Comments are now also available on the workorders table, as well as the workorderlabor table.
It is normally recommended that technician’s remarks are entered in the Comments field because that ties the comments to the person making them. This option avoids having to duplicate them in the Action Taken field. This option provides easy data entry and much simpler reporting in that the critical data is now all available on a single table (workorders).
