Data Migration and
Customization Services
To further ensure your successful usage of CWorks products,
we offer dependable services for migrating your data and
customizing your CWorks. Please

Premium Annual Support
Provided from our Buffalo, New York office from 7.30am to
6.00 pm EST, excluding weekends and US Statutory holidays.
It includes unlimited phone and email support with on-line
coaching where required. Also encompasses bug fixes and
software updates.
Not only that it also includes the WorkLog for easier WO
updating, Auto-exported KPI Reports to provide Managers
with current statistics.
The cost is US$450.00 per annum and it enables us to work
with you to maximize the Return on your Investment.
Webinar Start Up Training
This provides instructional guidance for getting started
with your CWorks system. We provide email and phone assistance
and are able to dial-in through the web and walk you through
the critical start-up process. You may purchase this as
a standalone option if you do not require the Premium Support
package, at least initially. The Webinar is provided for
US$150.00.
Regional Training
Seminars
CWorks Systems organize 2 day Seminars in different geographical
areas based on Customer demand. The Agenda covers a walk
through of all of the system features and includes advice
on using the system, analysis of data and resolution of
any specific customer concerns. We will normally schedule
a Seminar when there are at least three confirmed Attendees.
Cost for most locations will be US$500.00 per Attendee for
the two day session.This can include the United Kingdom
& the rest of Europe (with costs adjusted to reflect local
norms)
On-Site Consulting/Training
Depending on the Client needs, CWorks Systems will provide
on-site Strategic Consulting and/or training. Costs will
be from US$600.00 – US$800.00 per day plus travel time and
costs. This can include the United Kingdom & the rest of
Europe (with costs adjusted to reflect local norms)
