password protection. Passwords can be set individually
for each employee to only access certain modules. Allows

REPORTING OPTIONS
CWorks users are already aware that CWorks data can
easily be reported using the reporting wizards and templates
available in MS Access. With CWorks Plus, users can now
have more pre-defined reports which include
filtered reports and chart reports that can be used
as examples for users to create more personalized reports.
WORK REQUEST MODULE
CWorks Plus also includes a Work Request Module.
It is a way for non-maintenance personnel to raise or
highlight problems to the maintenance department. It
is a simplified Work Order screen for use by personnel
who are not day to day users of the system. For any
work to be carried out, a work order is generated from
the request module. This is a convenient way as it assists
users to easily raise work requests from remote desktops
via LAN
TRACK
AND MANAGE INSPECTION LOGS
If part of your maintenance repertoire is the regular
logging of meter readings, CWorks Plus has a Planned
Maintenance - Meters sub module that allows you to record
all your inspection logs reading in a simple one-screen
data entry screen. This ensures that your logs are permanently
recorded for you to create reports on.
Further to this, your logs
need not be static reports lying in storage with no
action. The Meters sub module can also generate work
orders with pre-determined tasks if the meter readings
reach a certain maximum or minimum warning level.
Also work orders can be
set for generation based on incremental meter readings
such as generation of automotive servicing every 10000
kilometers. If however the meter readings are slow moving,
time based generation can also be scheduled.
Another example of the
usefulness of the Meters sub module is the recording
of cleaning inspections where excellent work can be
signified for example by the number 5 and poor work
by the number 1. If 1’s are recorded, a mitigating work
order can easily be generated to rectify the problem
using the Meters sub module.
In CWorks Plus, the
Meters sub module is further enhance with multiple
metered PM functionality to allow generation of
multiple tasks PM against meter readings
ROBUST
SCHEDULING OF TIME-BASED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Does your time based preventive maintenance scheduling
require the scheduling of different tasks done at different
time sequence such that you do different tasks annually
than you do monthly?
CWorks Plus has a multiple
PM scheduler that allows you to schedule these different
tasks without overlapping them and without artificially
increasing your work order numbers. With the multiple
PM scheduler, if an annual PM is due, the monthly PM
is automatically pushed to the next schedule.
Also do you have a difficult
time to schedule outsourced service contractors because
they like to schedule visits based on day of week or
day of month rather than a multiple of a number of days?
CWorks Plus expands on CWorks PM scheduling abilities
by allowing you to schedule based on these rules.
CWorks Plus also includes
PM work order forecasting functionality. This functionality
assists you in scheduling your PM activities in an evenly
distributed manner. The PM work order forecast report
is exported to Microsoft Excel to allow easy desktop
analysis.
SPARES
AND CONSUMABLES MANAGEMENT
CWorks Plus inventory module provides the tool for managing
all spare parts and consumables, which make up the maintenance
program. It is an Inventory Management System, which
controls and documents the transactions of spare parts
and consumables (or stock items) within a store. The
inventory module aids maintenance departments in identifying:

parts and consumables available in the store

of spare parts and consumables

cost of the holding stock and of individual stock

The Inventory module is

CRITICAL
SPARES MANAGEMENT
In CWorks Plus, you can avoid excessive "waiting on parts"
time by utilizing the bill of material feature in the
asset module. Here you can list the different critical
spares needed for a particular asset. In the bill of
material screen, one not only can view the spares description
and numbers associated with each asset but also the
balance of each spare in the store.

has gone below reorder levels and for direct issue
requisition requirement for work orders, ready

reported on a regular basis to determine how your service
recipients view your services. Also with CWorks Plus work order, you can set appointment times by keying
in the required service times. This way, services that
cannot be performed because the recipient, asset or
location is not available can be easily scheduled to
another time without you forgetting them.
LINKING
OF DOCUMENTS
The CWorks Plus asset screen allows for registering hyperlinks
to documents available in the same computer for easy
access.

Distributions with source codes gives the freedom for
users to engage any MS Access or VBA programmer to provide
support to the user. Source codes and any modifications
are for registered user use only and are not to be distributed
whether commercially or non-commercially.
MS Access 200x is required
to be pre-installed before usage.
NETWORK
CWorks Plus can be installed in a networked environment.
It was designed for single and multiple users.
ORDERING
CWorks Plus can be purchased with the underlying source code for those
customer who wish to modify it. It should be noted
that update will overwrite these modifications and they will need to be catalogued and re-installed.
They can also be made by CWorks in which case we will track them.
We recommend to all purchasers that they also include Premium Annual Support so that we can
