CWorks NetMain, offers a web-based architecture solution to meet requirements of geographically spread operations with multiple sites and large maintenance teams. CWorks NetMain was developed on a pure web-based platform with MySQL databases.

CWorks NetMain functionalities include asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance management, purchase order and material management. It is built to cater for users who require anywhere, anytime access to the application through the Internet.

   
 

WORK REQUEST MODULE/COMPLAINT WEB FORM
Work Request is a way for non-maintenance personnel to raise or highlight problems to the maintenance department. It is a simplified Work Order screen for use by personnel who are not day to day users of the system. For any work to be carried out, a work order is generated from the request module.

This is a convenient way as it assists users to easily raise work requests from their web browser. There is also the option to provide customers with a simplified web-based complaint form which will be raised as a Work Request.

WEB-BASED ARCHITECTURE AND CENTRALIZED DATABASE
CWorks NetMain utilizes a web-based architecture to facilitate deployment and IT administration. 
All data is on a central server, enabling high performance and backup scheduling. CWorks NetMain provides borderless access to detail reports on equipment, work and resource productivity. Our report features allows visibility and communications of your maintenance management data to your entire enterprise. Our reports sort by date, time, location, category, people, department and status. These reports can be accessible anywhere and anytime around the globe through the Internet.

CWORKS HOSTING (ASP)
