CWorks Systems will provide assistance and support by email to evaluate and diagnose Cworks from:

Time: 9.00 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday)

Also CWorks Systems will at its discretion periodically provide Cworks updates.

These Cworks updates may include modifications, program enhancements, bug fixes and new features. These updates, assistance and support will not be interpreted to require CWorks Systems to either develop and release updates or customize the updates or CWorks to satisfy user’s particular requirements. The updates will not include any new products or customizations which CWorks Systems decides to make generally available as a separately priced option. This service is free for first year use only.
